Law degree, PUCMM in Santo Domingo. Graduated with honors in Competition Policy and Economic Law from INDES/BID. Certified in Competitiveness Law from Escuela Iberoamericana de Competencia (CNMC); Competitiveness Law from Maastricht School of Management of Netherlands; Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from IIDH, Strasbourg, France; Security and Antiterrorism from CHDS Perry Center, Defense University, Washington, USA. Master’s in International Business, International Human Rights Law and International Relations, from the European Graduate Institute of Madrid, the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom and FLACSO, and from the Postgraduate Program in International Relations at INTEC in the Dominican Republic, respectively. She has represented the Dominican Republic to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the United Nations and the Organization of American States (OAS). Previously served as the Dominican Republic’s Ambassador to Canada and Israel.
